MP6910A CCM/DCM Flyback Ideal Diode with Integrated 100V/15m MOSFET DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP6910A is a fast turn-off intelligent Integrated 15m, 100V Power Switch rectifier for flyback converters that combines a Compatible with Energy Star 100V power switch that replaces diode rectifiers VDD Range from 8.3V to 24V (1) for high efficiency. The chip regulates the 65mV V Regulation Function DS forward voltage drop of the internal power Max 250kHz Switching Frequency switch to about 65mV and turns off before the Supports High-Side and Low-Side voltage goes negative.
