Low On Resistance(HS:250m LS:250m) Internal Charger Pump for the High-Side It operates from a supply voltage ranging from Driver 2.7V to 18V and can deliver motor current up Low Quiescent Current:1.6mA to 1.2A per channel. The Internal safety Low Sleep Current: 1uA features include over-current protection(OCP), Over-Current Protection under-voltage lockout protection(UVLO) and thermal shutdown. A fault output flag is Thermal Shutdown and UVLO Protection available to indicate OCP and thermal Fault Indication Output shutdown.
