MP65150/MP65151 Precision 60mA-1.7A Programmable Current-Limited Power Distribution Switch The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES MP65150/MP65151 Power Distribution Switch Up to 1.5A Continuous Output Current is designed for precision current limiting and 10% Current-Limit Accuracy provides up to 1.5A continuous output current. Adjustable Current-Limit, 60mA~1700mA (typ) It offers programmable current limit between Fast Over-current Response 2s (typ) 60mA and 1.7A (typ) with 10% accuracy by an 2.5V to 5.5V Supply Range external resistor. The switch includes an 88m 88m MOSFET (TQFN Package) N-channel Power MOSFET and operates from 1.5A Maximum Standby Supply Current 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage. Reverse Input-Output Voltage Protection The device has built-in protection for both over Built-in Soft-Start current and increased thermal stress. For over Thermal-Shutdown Protection current, the device will limit the current by Automatic-on after Fault Removed changing to a constant current mode.
