The MP6205 2.7V to 5.5V Supply Range Analog switch features 90m on-resistance and 140uA Quiescent Current operates from 2.7V to 5.5V input. It is available with 90m MOSFET a guaranteed current limit, making it ideal for load Thermal-Shutdown Protection switching applications.
