MP4026 Primary-Side-Control, Offline LED Controller with Active PFC The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP4026 is a primary-side-control, offline Real-Current Control without Secondary- LED controller that achieves high-power factor Feedback Circuit and accurate LED current for isolated, single- Good Line/Load Regulation power-stage lighting applications in a tiny High Power Factor ( 0.9) over Universal TSOT23-6 package. It is the next generation of Input Voltage the successful MP4021A. The proprietary real- Valley Switching Mode for Improved current-control method accurately controls LED Efficiency current from primary-side information with good Brown-Out Protection line and load regulation. The primary-side-control Over-Voltage Protection eliminates the secondary-side feedback Short-Circuit Protection components and the opto-coupler to significantly Over-Temperature Protection simplify LED-lighting-system design.
