MP3425 3A, 55V Boost Converter with Programmable Switching Frequency and UVLO The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP3425 is a current mode step-up 3.5A, 90m, 55V Power MOSFET converter with a 3.5A, 90m internal switch to Uses Tiny Capacitors and Inductors provide a highly efficient regulator with fast Wide input range: 3.1V to 22V response.
