MP2313 High Efficiency 1A, 24V, 2MHz Synchronous Step Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2313 is a high frequency synchronous Wide 4.5V to 24V Operating Input Range rectified step-down switch mode converter with 1A Load Current built-in internal power MOSFETs. It offers a 110m /50m Low Rds(on) Internal Power very compact solution to achieve 1A continuous MOSFETs output current over a wide input supply range Low Quiescent Current with excellent load and line regulation. High Efficiency Synchronous Mode Operation Current mode operation provides fast transient Fixed 2MHz Switching Frequency response and eases loop stabilization. AAM Power Save Mode Full protection features include OCP and Internal Soft Start thermal shut down. OCP Protection and Hiccup The MP2313 requires a minimum number of Thermal Shutdown readily available standard external components Output Adjustable from 0.8V and is available in a space saving TSOT23-8 Available in a TSOT23-8 package package.
