MP20051 Low Noise, High PSRR, 1A Linear Regulator The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES Up to 1A Output Current The MP20051 is a low-dropout linear regulator Low 140mV Dropout at 1A that supplies up to 1A current with a 140mV Low 110 A Ground Current dropout voltage. The externally-adjustable output Output Voltage Available from 0.8V to 5V voltage has a range of 0.8V to 5V from an input Low Noise: 13 V typical (10Hz to 100kHz) voltage of 2.5V to 5.5V. RMS 63dB PSRR 1kHz An internal PMOS pass element allows for a low Stable with Ceramic Capacitor 110 A ground current, making the MP20051 Excellent Load/Line Transient Response suitable for battery-powered devices.
