TM MP1518 Fixed Frequency White LED Driver TM The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP1518 is a step-up converter designed for On Board Power MOSFET driving up to 6 series white LEDs from a single Drives up to 6 Series White LEDs cell Lithium Ion battery. The MP1518 uses current Up to 87% Efficiency mode, fixed frequency architecture to regulate the Over 1MHz Fixed Switching Frequency LED current, which is measured through an Open Load Shutdown external current sense resistor. Its low 104mV Low 104mV Feedback Voltage feedback voltage reduces power loss and Soft-Start/PWM Dimming improves efficiency. The OV pin monitors the UVLO, Thermal Shutdown output voltage and turns off the converter if an Internal Current Limit over-voltage condition is present due to an open Available in TSOT23-6 and QFN8 Packages circuit condition.
