Additional Infomation About Product

The ME8329AD7G-N is a 7-pin DIP switching controller manufactured by Micro One that is RoHS compliant. It is a monolithic integrated circuit designed to be used in reverse or forward polarity protection circuits for small communication devices such as cell phones. This IC provides low cost, low resistance, high speed and low on-resistance to ensure a stable and reliable power environment. The built-in protection circuits protect the connected device from a variety of conditions, including overvoltage, overcurrent, and power loss. This IC also features thermal shut-down, short-circuit and over temperature protection. Additionally, it has dual controlled open-drain outputs to reduce power dissipation when the switching action is not need.
