The TC4422VAT is an advanced dual high-side power driver from Microchip. It is a monolithic integrated circuit provides two high-side power switches or two low-side power switches for use in Printer/Copier/MFP, external adapter for notebook computers, drones and other applications. It offers improved efficiency in power converter design and system performance. The device features internal state machine control, making it suitable for stand-alone driveline control with no microcontroller. It features targeted current control and over-voltage protection with current foldback to protect itself against over-current conditions. It also offers thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, short circuit protection, and reverse current protection.
