TC4424EMF is a dual MOSFET driver IC manufactured by Microchip. It is designed to drive two N-Channel MOSFETs with high, truemode logic levels. It has two independent drivers each with its own inputs, outputs, and control pins, allowing two different drivers to be used in parallel applications. The drivers can be enabled and disabled via TTL compatible logic levels on the respective enable pins, and the driver is short-circuit protected.
