The MIC2549A-2YM is an advanced, robust redundant Polarity Unidirectional Switch from Microchip. It is designed to switch a single high-current rail or multiple independent rails from a common supply source in a fault-tolerant, high-frequency, low-power fashion. The MIC2549A-2YM is designed to operate over a wide range of temperatures and is capable of continuous operation over a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It features a wide range of protection features, including undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, temperature compensation, and reverse polarity protection.
