Additional Infomation About Product

MIC2130-4YTSE is a dual high-side MOSFET driver, capable of operating at up to 4.5A peak, with integrated protection functions such as overtemperature shutdown, current limit, and short-circuit protection. It features a 32-bit advanced CoilTrex™ Current Control technology that provides adjustable current constraints to prevent over-current conditions. It also has an integrated current sense amplifier that allows monitoring of the power stage current in a space-saving manner. The part is housed in a 4 x 4mm SOIC-20 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
