Additional Infomation About Product

The MCP1700T-3002E/MAY is an ultra-low-power, 250mA CMOS LDO (low dropout) voltage regulator manufactured by Microchip. It is capable of dissipating up to 1uA of quiescent current, making it an ideal power solution for battery-operated applications, or for those that require a very low power consumption level. It comes with up to 25V of input voltage range, and down to 0.7V of output voltage range. It also features thermal shutdown, as well as short-circuit and over temperature protection. This component can deliver a load current up to 250mA and can be configured for pre-biased output to ensure system start up.
