The MCP1700T-3302E/MB Voltage regulator with LDO, fixed; 3.3V; 0.25A; SOT89-3; SMD; ±0.4% is a low dropout (LDO) three-terminal voltage regulator from Microchip. It is a miniature, low-power device suitable for a variety of consumer and industrial applications. The regulator has an output current of 0.25A and a temperature coefficient of ±0.4% per volt. The regulator provides fixed output voltage, low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and low temperature coefficient. The SMD package is an SOT89-3 size and is designed to withstand a variety of environmental temperature ranges. The MCP1700T-3302E/MB is designed to provide superior performance in low voltage applications including voltage levels in the range of +2V to +18V. It is an ideal device in demanding systems where power efficiency and low noise are key requirements.
