The LP2951-02YM is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator from Microchip. It is a voltage regulator with a fixed output voltage of 2.5V and an output current capability of 500mA. The regulator features high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of up to 70dB, low quiescent current of only 40µA, and low-noise operation. It is protected from over-voltage and thermal overload conditions, with built-in soft-start and reverse current protection.
