The JANTXV2N6800U is a Microchip discrete product, part of their Ultra High Voltage (UHV) transistor family. This device is a dual NPN transistor, designed for use in very high voltage applications. The device is capable of withstanding high reverse voltages up to 700V and can be used in high voltage switch-mode power supplies, drivers for solenoid coils, and in motor drivers. It has a maximum collector current rating of 3.2A, a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 600V and a maximum power dissipation of 12W at a junction temperature of 150°C. The device is housed in a TO-220 package for easy mounting and installation.
