The LP7801TSPF with ESOP-8 Battery Managment ICs ROHS is an integrated circuit manufactured by LowPower. This IC is used to monitor and control battery usage and charge in a variety of applications, such as laptops, wearables, and other portable electronics. Its highly-integrated features include overvoltage protection (OVP) with adjustable trip levels, overdischarge protection (ODP) with adjustable trip levels, short-circuit protection (SCP) with latch-off or auto-retry, charge state monitoring, charge current regulation, and temperature monitoring. Additionally, the ICs allow for a high-efficiency 5V to 3V DC/DC buck converter, allowing it to be used in a variety of power solutions. This IC is fully compliant with the RoHS standard.
