The LP6493A is a New Quadratic Unclassified Data SOT89-3 RoHS manufactured by LOWPOWER. It is a high current, low power dissipation switch mode regulator with internal power MOSFETs. It delivers up to 1 A of continuous load current at up to 1.5 V output. The device offers excellent thermal performance and provides up to 95% efficiency. It is ideal for applications such as monitors, printers, and other devices requiring a long life, power efficient and reliable SMPS or DC/DC converter. The device is RoHS compliant and designed to meet strict energy efficiency standards and environmental requirements.
