Additional Infomation About Product

The IS281GR is an optoisolator transistor output manufactured by Isocom. It is a single channel device which can withstand a maximum voltage of 3750Vrms. The device is used to protect sensitive circuits from high voltage transients as well as to prevent damage in case of a short circuit. It is designed to be highly immune to interference by using state of the art opto-coupling technologies. The device is very robust, designed to operate over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 85°C). It has a 2N7002 Darlington output transistor which features a high output gain and fast switching capability. The extensive safety features and user friendly design make this device an ideal choice for use in a variety of applications including lighting control, HVAC, motor control, and power supplies.
