Additional Infomation About Product

The KP10400E with DIP-16 Optocouplers – Phototransistor Output is a ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) compliant isolated integrated circuit manufactured by Cosmo. This device is designed for applications where inputs need to be electrically isolated from output signals. It features four separate channels. The maximum transfer current per channel is 10 mA. The maximum forward current on the input side is 30mA and the maximum transient peak input current is 60 mA. It has a wide LED operating voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V and an LED forward voltage of 1.2 V. The electrical isolation voltage is 5000 Vrms and the insulation withstand voltage is 500VAC. The response frequency of on each channel is 100 kHz. It has a high common mode transient immunity of 25 kV/µs which makes it ideal for applications subject to severe levels of electrical noise. It also features a small profile DIP-16 package with high temperature dissipation performance.
