Additional Infomation About Product

The LM393M/TR with Analog Comparators SOP-8 RoHS is a monolithic IC manufactured by Huaguan. It is used to compare two voltage levels and has an open-collector output. The output state is determined by comparing the voltages of two analog inputs which can be either equal or unequal. The hysteresis or difference between those two voltages is adjustable. The operating voltage of the IC is 4.5V to 36V and the operating current is 15 mA. In addition, the IC has a low-power consumption of only 8.7 mW which makes it highly efficient in energy-sensitive applications. The operating temperature range is -40 °C to +85 °C. The RoHS compliant SOP-8 package of the IC is suitable for PCB-mounted high speed applications.
