Additional Infomation About Product

The ULN2003N is a Darlington transistor array driver produced by HGSEMI in a 16-pin DIP package. It is RoHS compliant and has 7 NPN Darlington drivers with a common emitter and a series of integral flyback diodes. It’s designed for use with the ULN2803 and ULN2803A driver ICs for driving higher current and voltage loads, and is ideal for applications requiring higher current and voltage than is provided by standard logic gates. It can be used for monitoring and controlling motors, solenoids, and lamps with variable frequency or output current modulation. It also offers guard ring protection against electrical overstress. This part features low dissipation and high noise immunity, making it suitable for controlling a wide range of loads in a variety of electrical and electronic circuits.
