The UC3845M/TR with Switching Controllers SOP-8 RoHS is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for use in off-line switching power supplies. It is also suitable for DC to DC converters, LED drivers, and onboard regulators. The device is a fixed-frequency current mode PWM controller. It uses a modified valley current control architecture, as well as low-voltage device undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuitry, to provide improved system performance and energy efficiency. It offers self-startup into continuous conduction mode and detects valley-locked operation to reduce average current. The device is manufactured by HGSEMI and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It is RoHS compliant and housed in an 8-pin SOP package.
