Additional Infomation About Product

The IW673-20 from Dialog Semiconductor is a digital green-mode synchronous rectifier controller. It features a wide input voltage range of up to 700 V and a switching frequency of up to 500 kHz. The controller is designed to maximize the efficiency and reduce the power losses of off-line AC/DC power supplies without the need of an EMI filter. It features an improved dead-time control (DTC) mechanism, which allows better line regulation and reduces the effects of line transients and EMI. The controller also features a unique gate bias regulation and modulation feature for easy implementation of a PFC loop. It includes comprehensive protection features to ensure optimal operation of the rectifier under all operating conditions.
