Additional Infomation About Product

The DW01C-G with Battery Protection ICs SOT-23-6 RoHS is a SOT-23-6RoHS battery protection integrated circuit manufactured by Fortune. It is a double-channel protection IC specially designed for Li-ion/polymer battery packs. It can provide both overcharge and over-discharge protections for battery packs. It contains a temperature pin that helps to ensure proper operation and stable protection MOSFETs to safely disconnect the battery from the circuit. The IC comes with a detection voltage range of 2.1V-4.2V and a current range of 4A-10A. The thermal shutdown temperature is 150°C. It is available in a RoHS-compliant SOT-23-6 package.
