The SP809EK-L-2-6/TR with Supervisory Circuits 3 PIN MICROPROCESSOR RESET CIRCUIT by MaxLinear is an integrated circuit designed to provide reset monitoring and supervisor functions. It provides automatic reset of power-up and self-initialization of microprocessors from reset conditions. It is capable of monitoring the RAM and ROM for correct operation, and can be used to secure data integrity during a power failure. It has an input for power-on reset and self-reset, three independent logic outputs, and a TTL compatible reset output. It has overvoltage, undervoltage and windowed watchdog monitors with selectable time delays, and a wide operating temperature range. It is supplied in a 8-pin plastic package.
