Rev 0.1 DIO6305B High-Efficiency 1.2MHz, 1.1A Synchronous Step-Up Converter Features Descriptions High-Efficiency Synchronous-Mode The DIO6305B is a high efficiency boost regulator 2.7-5.25V input voltage range targeted for general step-up applications.
