The DIO7003HDST5 with Power Switch ICs is a power distribution 5.5V 3Amax low-loss power distribution load switch designed and manufactured by Dioo. It features an ultra-low quiescent current of 6µA, high efficiency, low resistance voltage drop, high PSRR, and adjustable slew rate for Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) control. This power switch IC is suitable as a load switch in a variety of applications including mobile phones, tablet PCs, TVs, video game boxes, and other multimedia and communications devices. It is designed to provide reliable power distribution management and to reduce the power consumption on the system level. It also ensures up to 3A load current protection with thermal shutdown and a maximum voltage drop of 1.8V.
