The AOZ6135HI is a single chip high performance synchronous buck controller from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. Developed using the company's advanced BiCMOS process technology, it provides high efficiency and low system EMI. It offers a simple external components count and design, making it suitable for wide input voltage ranges and high power applications. The device also features over current protection capabilities, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, adjustable frequency, integrated soft start, and external shutdown. It is also equipped with built-in adjustable 0.5V reference voltage, enabling continuous and pulse-by-pulse current limit protections. Various compensation network options are available for system stability. This device is suitable for a variety of applications in the telecommunications, networking and computer peripheral markets.
