Additional Infomation About Product

The Alpha & Omega AOZ1283PI is a current-mode, PWM controller with an integrated high side MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor). It is a 12V system and has a wide 6V to 42V input voltage range, enabling it to be used in a variety of applications. The AOZ1283PI controller will provide excellent control accuracy and high efficiency with its current-mode control. Its design limitations include an output current of up to 3A and an input voltage of up to 42V. Additionally, it offers protection features such as a 12V UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) and a +/-10V over voltage protection. The AOZ1283PI is ideal for a variety of applications, including motor control, power adapters, and DC/DC converters.
