SemiconductorThe AOD482 with MOSFET N Trench is a 100 volts 5 Amperes, 2.7 volts at 250 micro-amperes, 37 milli-Ohms @ 10 amperes, 10 volts Directly Crossed (DPAK) RoHS package transistor manufactured by Alpha and Omega Semiconductor. The transistor offers a very low on-resistance enabling excellent stainless current capability. Additionally, the low switching loss allows faster switching speeds and improved efficiency. The TO-252-2 packaging allows direct swapping with several types of packages and makes it suitable for a wide variety of PCB layouts. The package has been designed to meet RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
