Additional Infomation About Product

The AT8236 with ESOP-8 Motor Driver ICs is a RoHS compliant IC manufactured by Zhongkewei. It is designed to drive brushless DC (BLDC) motors and brushless DC three-phase motors. The AT8236 integrates power MOSFETs with high efficiency, integrated protection features including overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and short-circuit protection. It supports 3-phase sinusoidal and field-oriented control (FOC) motor control algorithms and is optimized for low-power consumption with fast transient response and high reliability. The AT8236 provides a complete protection suite for motor control applications, including undervoltage protection, thermal shutdown, and over current protection. Additionally, it supports a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
