Additional Infomation About Product

The ULN2803A is a Darlington transistor array driver chip manufactured by Youtai. The device has 8 NPN darlington transistors each of which can be used to drive high current LEDs, relays and other loads. The chip is a 14 pin surface mount device in an SOP-18 package and is RoHS compliant. It has an operating voltage range of 5V to 18V, and can handle up to 500mA of output current per driver. The isolation between driver and input is 2000V. The chip provides improved surge stability and reduced overshoot during high current transitions. It is suitable for a wide variety of applications including robotics, electronic displays and other industrial equipment.
