The 1.5KE400A with 548V 380V 342V DO-201AE TVS ROHS is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode manufactured by Yangjie. It is a uni-directional diode designed to protect electronic components from transients derived from lightning, switching, inductive loads, or anytime electrical fast transients (EFT) occur. The diode is available in a standard DO-201AE package which provides a surge rating of up to 400W and a clamping voltage of 548V for fluctuations in the range of 342V to 380V. It is RoHS compliant and can be used for automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
