The B0300TB-AL Discharge Tubes (GDT/TSS) SMA RoHS manufactured by Yageo is an electronic device used to protect circuits in the presence of high voltage transients. It has a surge current rating of 3kA (8/20 µs), a maximum operating voltage of 300V, a capacitance of 2.2pF, and a maximum wire length of 10mm. The component is designed to be RoHS compliant, meaning it does not contain prohibited substances which have been known to cause health or environmental issues. It also comes with SMA termination (no wire soldering is required). This component is suitable for use in high voltage switching and automotive applications.
