The 5.0SMDJ40A TVS SMC (DO-214AB) RoHS is an electronic component manufactured by Yageo. It is composed of a surface-mount unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) in a plastic molded SMC package. It is designed for transient voltage suppression applications in portable equipment, automotive electronics, and other applications requiring low power loss and high immunity to environmental extremes.
