The 3RP600L-8 is a Discharge Tube (GDT/TSS) Through Hole RoHS manufactured by Yageo. This device is designed with an epoxy housing and surge current rating of 600A (8/20µs). It is mainly used for lightning and surge protection applications where a high surge rating is required. The 3RP600L-8 features excellent isolation with a breakdown voltage of 200V and a maximum operation voltage of 250V. It also has a high surge capability due to its low leakage current and superior ESD properties. This device meets the RoHS environmental compliance standards.
