Additional Infomation About Product

The XL8005E1 is a LED Driver manufactured by XLSEMI and is offered in a SOIC-8_150mil package. It provides an excellent accuracy current regulation and is RoHS compliant. It has a wide range of input voltage operating from 4.5V to 40V that ensures excellent performance in system and load with wide voltage variation. The current range can be regulated from 70mA to 1A with precise accuracy of ± 5%. The XL8005E1 also has the capability of feedback regulation via external CCO pin that fine-tunes the current regulation. Moreover, the device has an enable/shutdown pin which allows the user to control the brightness or turn off the LED. It also has built-in thermal shutdown protection which prevents the device from operating at an unsafe condition. The XL8005E1 is a highly efficient LED driver specifically designed for general applications.
