The XL2004 is an integrated circuit manufactured by XINLUDA which contains four independent, high-current, Darlington transistors in an SO-16 Pb-Free and RoHS compliant package. The device has built-in fast output diodes for high-current switching and is designed to be operated at supply voltages of up to 35V. The maximum collector current is 1.5A per Darlington pair and the maximum power dissipation at a case temperature of 25°C is 2.2W. The device is rated to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and it features a wide range of protection features including over-temperature, output short-circuit, and overload protection.
