The MT36291 is a SOT-23-6 DC-DC Converter manufactured by XIAN Aerosemi Tech. It is designed to provide efficient and reliable control of a wide voltage range of step down voltage converters. The device is RoHS compliant and has an adjustable output voltage between 1.0V to 24V. It has an integrated switching frequency of 1.0MHz, and up to 60V input voltage range. It can provide up to 500mA output current. This device also features integrated overcurrent, over temperature, and under voltage protection. It is suitable for battery powered applications and is packaged in a lead-free SOT-23-6 package.
