Output voltage range: 0.6V to 5.5V 30 A typical quiescent current The 171960501 offers high efficiency and delivers up to Integrated shielded inductor 0.6A of output current. It operates with an input voltage Integrated input and output auxiliary capacitors from 2.7V to 5.5V and is designed for small solution size. Low output voltage ripple: 10mV typ. Output voltage accuracy over temperature: 2% max. The selectable forced PWM or PFM/PWM mode allows for Fixed switching frequency: 2.25 MHz the choice between high efficiency and low output voltage Voltage Mode control ripple at light load.
