Additional Infomation About Product

The WS490F with SOP-8 RF Chips ROHS manufactured by Wisesun is an integrated monolithic transceiver designed for use in a wide range of radio frequency wireless systems. It integrates a power amplifier, low noise amplifier, mixer and various on-chip filtering components. It covers a transmit frequency range of 850MHz-960MHz and a receive frequency range of 1710MHz-2500MHz. The device operates from a single 3.3V power supply and supports data rate up to 2Mbps with a power output of +20dBm. The package size is 8-Lead Small Outline Package (SOP-8) with 1.27mm pin pitch, and the device is RoHS compliant.
