The BT137-600.127 is a 600V, 12A Triac General purpose thyristor manufactured by WeEn Semiconductor. It is an ideally suited for AC switching applications, including dimmers and heater control. The device is intended for general purpose bidirectional on/off operation AC switching. It features high insulation between gate and main terminal, the functionality of a bidirectional switch, and is capable of blocking voltages from 600V to 800V. It is available in a four-pin package, and is UL approved.
