KAThe TG-15215A250T003BG with Thermal Cutoffs Axial RoHS is a semiconductor protection component manufactured by Walter KA. It is designed to detect and interrupt excessive current that could damage the circuitry and components of an electronic system. The protection is achieved by cutting off the electrical current when the temperature of the device exceeds a certain maximum limit. The device is a three terminal axial component with high current capacity and fast melting time. It is RoHS compliant, has a current rating of 250A, and features a reset temperature of 115°C.
