The Vishay SFH600-1 is a series of transistor output optocouplers that feature a phototransistor output and a single CTR of 63-125%. It is a 4-pin single channel device. The SFH600-1 provides high electrical isolation and is inherently more reliable than mechanical relays or direct wiring. It is also useful for noise and transient isolation, interference suppression and signal buffering. The device has a maximum input current of 10mA and a maximum collector current of 40mA. The SFH600-1 is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. The package includes a compact 4-pin SOP or DIP package with lead-free terminations that make it suitable for use in applications such as automotive, consumer, industrial and telecommunications systems.
