The Vishay PTCCL17H601FBE is a 1000W Power Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode designed to protect electrical components from voltage surges and spikes. It has a unidirectional design with a working voltage of 600 Volts and a peak surge current rating of 17A. It has peak standoff voltage of 602V and a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.1V. The operating temperature range of this diode is -55°C to +175°C. It comes in a long lead-to-lead, lead-free, Pb-free, RoHS compliant, 17-pin DO-214AB E-line Film package.
