The Vishay M43P100KB40 is a three-terminal, medium power, surface-mount solid state device. It has a 100A I²t rating for pulsed current loads, and is a 40mOhm resistor in a D²PAK case. It is capable of handling up to 1kW for up to 1 second, or up to 2kW for up to 25 milliseconds. This device is ideal for a variety of applications, including automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial applications.
