The Vishay BZG03C15-M3-08 is a Zener diode uni-directional 300W Pppm SMA (DO-214AC) electronic component. It is one of Vishay's advanced Zener diode components that features a power dissipation of 300W Pppm, built in SMA (DO-214AC) package, and capable of providing a breakdown voltage between 15V and 18V. However, its peak forward current handling capability is limited to only 10A, thus is suitable for applications with moderate to heavy operating loads.
